About Us - Passion led us here

Service Fractal delivers enterprise-level cyber-networking and security infrastructure monitoring and management through an innovative, SaaS model. Our goal is to make network management easier, smarter, and more affordable.

Based in the San Francisco Bay area, we enable enterprises, branch offices and campus segments to focus on strategic business outcomes.

In today’s networked world, securing network infrastructure from cyber threats while still delivering business outcomes is a significant challenge. Using our cloud-based network management solutions, Service Fractal allows businesses to instantly apply and use the latest methodologies, without custom automation or additional training.

Service Fractal is vendor-neutral (Cisco, HPE, Allied Telesis, and other white box networking solutions), provides context-aware analytics while reducing operational costs. Our core technology is built on algorithmic intelligence and can be configured for operational use in less than 30 minutes. And our unique SaaS model makes all our services available on a monthly subscription basis with no long-term contracts.
